Short Overview
Open AdExchange was set up in 2008 with key expertise from Fast Search and Transfer prior to FAST being acquired by Microsoft.
The business idea is to re-establish a level playing field within search-based ad intermediation for the benefit of publishers, advertisers and advertising agencies. Search based advertising is and will continue to be the most potent part of the digital ad business, but it is not yet a main part of publisher’s revenue streams.
As a trusted third party, Open AdExchange is an open and transparent infrastructure for publishers, delivered as a service, helping them to leverage the value of their brands and creating network effects for better monetization of their content.
Currently Open AdExchange delivers real time contextual matching of ads and content. A strong technology team with proven capabilities and experience within personalization and advanced use of algorithms will continously drive ad relevance.
